As Brothers and Sisters of The Society of Our Sacred Honor (SOSH), it is essential that all members conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values of honor, respect, and civic responsibility during meetings. The following Members’ Code of Conduct serves as a set of guidelines to ensure that every meeting is productive, respectful, and aligned with the mission of SOSH.
Brothers and Sisters are expected to treat all members with dignity and respect at all times. Differences in opinions, backgrounds, or perspectives are to be celebrated as part of the strength of our society. Disrespectful language, personal attacks, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
Sisters and Brothers are encouraged to participate actively in discussions, especially on important issues. However, all debates must remain constructive and solution-focused. The purpose of discussions is to find common ground, explore different perspectives, and contribute positively to the growth and success of the Society.
Meetings are structured to ensure that the time and input of all Members are respected. Brothers and Sisters are expected to honor the meeting agenda, ensuring that discussions stay focused and time is used effectively.
Sisters and Brothers should make every effort to attend meetings regularly and on time, as participation is key to the success of the Society. Consistent attendance demonstrates commitment to the mission and values of SOSH.
Meetings are an opportunity for every Sister and Brother to share ideas, provide input, and engage in decision-making. Patriots should actively participate by contributing to discussions and supporting the goals of the meeting.
Brothers and Sisters are expected to maintain confidentiality on matters discussed in meetings, particularly if sensitive information or decisions are involved. Trust is key to maintaining the integrity and cohesion of the Society.
SOSH is a diverse and inclusive organization, welcoming Members from all backgrounds. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Brothers and Sisters should always keep the mission and values of SOSH at the forefront during meetings. Discussions and decisions should be driven by the overarching goals of patriotism, service, and the long-term success of the Society.
Sisters and Brothers should strive to maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude throughout meetings. Meetings should be a space for fostering collaboration, creativity, and productive outcomes.
Each Brother and Sister is responsible for their contributions and actions within meetings. If commitments or decisions are made, Patriots are expected to follow through on them and contribute to the overall success of the Society.
